Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect emails from one email box to another, activate mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email boxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming email messages according to specific criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box account you want to forward e-mails from, then choose the target mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest.
